Shawn Shirdel was amazing to work with. During the process Shawn really advocated for our wants and needs and didn’t leave any stone unturned. He’s incredibly professional and presents himself as such. He is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the mortgage/escrow process, inspections, and contingencies. We felt super comfortable throughout the whole thing and could not be happier to have secured this wonderful home in an amazing location. On top of that he was professional and punctual with excellent communication skills. Shawn worked as our advocate through the entire process.
